| Every product sold by GravadiActivewear.com is inspected for damage before being shipped. |

| If you receive a product damaged during the delivery process, and, if you notify us ( by phone only - you will be given a delivery damaged RMA number ) within 3 working days ( if possible please notify us immediately ) of receiving the damaged product - we will replace the product at NO additional cost to you. |

| If you fail to notify us of a received damaged product within 3 working days of receiving of the damaged product - you will bear the responsibility for the damage. |

| All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with NO obvious signs of use. |

RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from the day issued. |

PACK IT - Please include a copy of your original invoice. All returned merchandise must be in new and resell able condition. Include all original packing ( original box, packing material, documentation, etc.) Packages returned incomplete or damaged will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. |

MARK THE BOX - Clearly write your Valid RMA number on the outside of the package. This will speed your return and/or exchange. |

SEND IT - All return merchandise must be sent to us pre-paid and insured. Items sent COD, "freight collect" or "third party" will not be accepted. If sent by US Mail, it must be sent registered return receipt and insured. |
