Purchasing A Gift Certificate: | | | | |
Gift Certificates are available in any amount between $5.00 and $1,000.00 and are purchased just like any other product.
You can pay for them using any of our standard payment methods.
Gift Certificates are convenient, practical and make great gifts for friends and family. Paying extra for postage or worrying that your gift may arrive late will not be a factor because Gift Certificates are delivered instantly via E-Mail.
Gift Certificates have NO Expiration date, and have NO additional fees!
As with all product purchases, it takes one to two business days to process your Gift Certificate purchase. (We apologize for any inconvenience the processing period may cause, unfortunately it is necessary to help in preventing fraudulent activity.)
Once purchased and processed, the full value of the Gift Certificate will be added to your own, automatically created, personal Gift Certificate Account. You will then be able to send via E-Mail, to anyone you would like to, a Gift Certificate for any amount you would like to (Up to the amount that you have in your Gift Certificate Account).
At any time, you can also use any available funds in your Gift Certificate Account, to make your own purchase.
After your Gift Certificate purchase is processed, the amount of your Gift Certificate purchase can be seen in the "Shopping Cart" Box located in the upper right column of each page whenever you are logged in. | | |

Sending Gift Certificates: | | | | |
To send a Gift Certificate you simply Click on the "Send Somebody A Gift Certificate!" link, which is in the "Shopping Cart" Box located in the upper right column of each page when you are logged in and have available funds in your Gift Certificate Account.
When sending a Gift Certificate, you will be asked to specify the following:
(1) The name of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to.
(2) The E-Mail address of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to.
(3) The amount you want to send. (Note: You do not have to send the full amount that is in your Gift Certificate Account.)
(4) And, if you want to, a brief message, which will appear in the E-Mail sent to your recipient.
You can send as many Gift Certificates, for whatever amounts you want to. (Again, up to the available amount you have in your Gift Certificate Account, which at any given time will be the full amount you have purchased, less any Gift Certificates you have already sent. | | |

Buying With A Gift Certificate: | | | | |
If you have available Gift Certificate funds in your Gift Certificate Account, you can use those funds to purchase any product in our store, as well as to send another Gift Certificate to anyone you would like to.
When purchasing a product in our store, at the checkout "Payment" stage, an extra box will appear. Checking this box will apply those funds that are in your Gift Certificate Account. (Note: You will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Gift Certificate Account to cover the cost of your purchase.)
If you have more funds in your Gift Certificate Account than the total cost of your purchase the balance will be left in you Gift Certificate Account for future use.

Redeeming Gift Certificates: | | | | |
If you receive a Gift Certificate by E-Mail it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Certificate, along with possibly a brief message from them. The E-Mail will also contain the Gift Certificate's Redeem Code. (Note: It is a good idea to make a written record of the Certificate's Redeem Code for future reference.)
You can then redeem the Gift Certificate in either of two ways:
(1) By clicking on the link contained within the E-Mail for this express purpose, which will take you to the store's Redeem Code page.
If you are not already registered with us, you will be requested to register first, if you are already registered with us, you simply login.
Once logged in, the Gift Certificate is validated and the amount placed in your Gift Certificate Account ready for you to spend it on whatever you want. (If you are a new customer who received a Gift Certificate from someone, a Gift Certificate Account will be created automatically once you have registered.)
(2) During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method there will be a box to enter your Redeem Code in. Enter the code here, and click the "REDEEM" button. The code will be validated and added to your Gift Certificate Account. You can then use the amount to purchase any product from our store and/or to send another Gift Certificate to anyone you would like to.
Again, Gift Certificates have NO Expiration date, and have NO additional fees!
